This information is provided by you so that the office can respond to your request and organize the next communication steps.
How the information is used
The information is used only for communication, evaluation of conference or event requests, administrative follow-up and internal record keeping related to Cretan Congress services.
Form submissions are also kept inside the CMS as a secure operational backup, so that requests are not lost if email delivery is delayed or filtered.
Email delivery and service providers
Contact form notifications may be delivered through an email delivery provider and received in the company mailbox. The website hosting provider may also process technical data needed for the operation and security of the website.
Retention and rights
Information is kept for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain administrative records and support event organization history.
